Did you try making a new collection to see what happens then?

You likely copied a collection. Was the Cross source collection closed (for quite some time) before copying the collection?

Not sure how it works on MAC, but on WIndows an open (or crashed) collection has a second file (journal) associated.

It would be best to copy without the journal file (so when there is only one file).

i try to uninstalling an then installing again but its a same
