Cross has a similar function. You can set it to load video and audio from seperate tracks. You also can link an audio- video track combination, so it is loaded together next time.
If these are the tracks with 'problems' then you might have to tweak settings when recording/rendering. General thought is that your bitrate should be lower. Record higher bitrate than a source is not recommended. Same applies for size of video.
A new video with audio should be in the filesize range of the files seperate sizes combined. (+/- like 10%).
