Completely reset Cross DJ

I've had trouble connecting my decks to the program and want to uninstall it completely and restart it from the beginning. Is there a way to do this? Or should i just reset my laptop?

before attempting something that drastic ,, give info as to your set up,,ie o s spec ,,what issues you are having and what have you tried to do to get it set up ,, maybe we can help before you pull the plug

Like Daniel mentions.. not likely reinstall solves it.

What could be is that your controller is not available to Windows (or MAC?) yet. A normal reboot might be needed. Assuming you installed a recent driver (available at supplier website,unless the controller has a Class-compliant driver.

Cross detects at startup of the program for soundcards and MIDI devices. So make sure to wait untill the USB devices are activated by the OS.
