Downgrade to 7 is not helping. Cross is 8 compatible for almost 2 years.

The last thing is that there is a problem when trying to install the drivers, there is a famous 0x0005 error that has no solution. What people Numark says, is that "it is not necessary to install any driver, as these come integrated into the firmware of the mixer, and these are PlugNplay.

ok, I just run the program again in compatibility mode, select the window "My problem is not listed" and gave me the option to select as "last settings Windows 7" and pass the following: skin program looks more defined and I feel a slight improvement in loading the videos and tracks. The external monitor displays the video in full screen, but every time the windows taskbar appears and I can do to stop this happen (tested in both modes, with and without compatibility enabled).

Hi mates, I have problem.. I need reinstall my Cross DJ software, but my instalation CD is broken. What I must to do? When I download full version where i can apply my instalation key? thanks for answers

What you need to do is to go to your download centre and download Cross from there

downloads.php?cat=6

When you have installed Cross and run it for the first time it will ask you for your serial, this can be found in your Profile (User Control Panel)

Hello again, I can run the program without error, all I can say is that when activating the configuration compatibility windows 8.1, and select the option that "the program does not display correctly" the skin is more defined and more information on the screen.

what type of Video files are you using with Cross? and where did you stored them?
Are you running Cross as an admin?

what type of Video files are you using with Cross? a lot of youtube 720P HD videos, some in FLV format and others in MP4 (see the attachment info).
and where did you stored them? in C:\Users\DJ Alx Guerrero\Videos
Are you running Cross as an admin? yes, i have only 1 user configured in the PC and have admin privileges.
