enter license key again ? why ?

a long time ago i have updated and registered to Cross 3.1
yesterday i have experienced this :
i had to make small video presentation for jack daniels and i wanted to play videos and jack d. visuals there on open space
but when i started Cross 3.1 this message appears like the first time

there was not internet connection and i had to work with grand vj not with Cross

why is that ?

i did not share my license,did not change computer ..nothing ?

Might you have used a different user or maybe cleaned user settings. Other option is you registered in 3.0 and use ms sync. The latter should be fixed in 3.1
