hi, this unit won't switch on , followed the steps for a mac but maybe in the wrong order, as in i downloaded the free app from iTunes before coming to your site . i downloaded it again and input the serial number of the envivo 1274 , still nothing. the only step that never happened was Cross DJ did not ask me to type the key code of the unit . is this my problem.
