3.0 Just crashes/shuts off + Analyze and...

Hey guys, I have been using Cross 2.6 and its been running perfectly. I updated to 3.0 and it has crashed on me a couple times upon loading a video track. It just shuts off. It did it once when I originally installed it, so I ignored it. Then last night before I jumped on to play my set at one of the clubs I work at, the first video track I loaded crashed Cross 3.0. So I loaded up Cross 2.6 and after starting it, it asked me for my KEY which was pretty annoying, all my settings were reset, and now i have to Re analyze all my 3500+ video tracks... I love what features 3.0 has but I'm afraid to DJ with it knowing it crashes/shuts off so easily. Anyone having this problem?

Another issue I am having is when I am plugged into the CDJ-900 and Using HID mode, the pitch plus and minus buttons are constantly flickering moving the track so if a track is being synced it throws it off so you have to keep tapping sync to keep it lock in. Anyone having this issue?

in 3 you need to analyse peak only. this is to have the new beatgrid work. the analysis is in more detail so new issues might happen. Cross should not fail. but many underlying issues can cause it. e.g different encoders. send your problem files to the team so they can improve the exception handling. likely the files with problems are from a similar source. very unfortunate if these are the first ones you use.

despite all testing by the team, beta testers and release candidate testers therevalways appear to be users who finf new issues in minutes. .

the other issue I don't know about.
