Update windows 8.1?: reinstall audio drivers !

Seems like the Windows update to 8.1 installs MS audio drivers which replace (some?) orginal device drivers.

As some of the text in the screen name is right it took me a while to figure out what caused the problems. The problem was that switching soundcards rarely worked properly:

- channels in use message
- change seemed to work, audio plays, but no sound
- no wdm device present in ASIO4ALL settings
- ..

For that this recommendation as Cross cannot fix it for you...

23/01/14 FYI automatic updates (which needed reboot) of w8.1 were installed; after this no sound via maya44 drivers, while Cross seems to play normal. Local soundcard worked.

Reinstall drivers worked again this time...
So again not a Cross problem, but very inconvenient.
