I think they want you to explain if it happens with one specific track or you have the issue randomly whatever the track you play.

I have the issue randomly whatever the track i play. It happens over time of 2 hrs + or sometimes in minutes.

u know what would be a great idea...how about actually having the option to send crash reports from the program itsself just like microsoft does when a program does not respond....that would be a whole lot better than goin through all the motions just to GATHER information just to send to u guys to try to figure out because the majority of people really dont know how to do it......im just sayin

Good idea in theory, but many of us, me included do not like putting our gigging system online.
