what fate for Vfx users?

Hello.
I am a long time user Vfx but his development is stopped (last update is dated November 2012.
Mixvibes now bet all on Cross (including videomix).

I would like to know if there will be a chance for us users Vfx to migrate to Cross.

a final curiosity:

I am authorized to download the plug in the video, but obviously I can not use it ...
How come I'm allowed to download it?

there should be a upgrade price to go from Vfx to Cross, and yes the vid plug in was given to users of Vfx ,, search the fourm for info untill one of the admins give clearer info ,,
and info the rc 3.0 version of Cross comes with video already install with the software version ,, so the fianal version might be the same ,
