non of your remote app on iPhone and iPad are working

really fed up of your apps!! i just bought an iPad and an iPad remote app of Cross and followed your steps and non of them is working it keeps saying now\ wifi connection all other apps of serato,traktor are workin well but ur apps not working and i really started to hate your whole staff !!!

Honestly, what do you want us to reply to this ... ?

I don't know how you configured your stuff, but the remotes are working here and on many users' computer!

By the way, from what I remember, you already opened several topics about this. You should have continued posting in them so that we can easily remember what we already told you and what you already tested...

Have you checked the manual displayed in the remote App when you click the status button in the middle of the user interface?

Have you enabled the remote support in Cross?

Have you connected your iPad to the wifi network as your computer or to a wifi hotspot created on your mac?

1 st sorry for my english spelling i meant stuff(products) not your staff ,second it worked on my iPad by pressing status,3 rd my iPhone app still dunno how it work although b4 i followed the menu

yeah it worked on iPad finally,but the iPhone i connected it to the mac's wifi or hotspot and i opened it and went to collection tab in the remote app but nothing there, is there anything in the app i should press to make sure it is connected?? and the remote app in the software is ticked on

also i bought the Cross DJ for iPad and bought a feature on line for MIDI use ,how i can use it as MIDI controller?any patches ?
