Hi to one and all at Mixvibes,

Been quite a while since i hav posted, I hav tried the 1.3 and improvements need to be made. So back to Traktor Pro2 via Vfx Control & NUVJ Controller with the new update from Arkaos for video. No Problem.

Again , pls put the Cross Engine into Vfx,
Fix the bug for V2 MILKDROP to work, V1 is an old story now.
Take away the Audio Line In Concept, It is no good to drag and drop & occupy 1 Deck for that. Who suggested this idea? Seriously. Already there r only 2 decks that work, So my suggestion is Computer Mic IN with Tap Button. Keep the decks free to mix videos.

Also multicolour wave forms & edit options oon the decks like Cross.

You can already use 2 decks and the line in, just set up a 4 decks configuration, use the 2 first for mixing and the 3rd for the line in

About using milkdrop 2 files, I remember having read somewhere on this forum, but couldn't find it again, that the problem was the closed source status of milkdrop 2 while mildrop 1.04 (last version of milkdrop 1) is open source.

Thanks for the info on the audio input, But i hav tried opening 4 Decks & it will show only 2 Decks. Some problem there.

Also kindly check with any software professional if they can fix the bug to drop MILKDROP 2 FILES. We recently brought down Jon O Bier ( UK / DJ & Producer) thru our website called (tranceforinfinity.com) 7 he said that he might knw someone who can fix this. . Lets see.

From Vfx 1.3 release notes

To show the 4 players at the same time, in 4 players mode click on the 'Maximize Browser' button or '²' key to toggle the Vfx GUI and show the 4 players at the same time

Milkdrop 2 not being open source is not a bug, it's the will of Milkdrop developper. Maybe Mixvibes team can find a workaround to use the Milkdrop 2 plugin inside Vfx, but this is more difficult than to modify the source of Milkdrop 1 to integrate it.

Glad to hear that. . . MV has to create a generator to run Milk Drop . . and i doubt its compatible for mac.
So i have already suggested to them , to take a look at Sound Spectrum with its software called Aeon. Its fantastic . I believe the guys who created Aeon are the guys who created the iTunes visualizer.
They are geniuses man.
I wish MV can tie up with them before any other DJ software does.
They do customised work for Concerts.

I don't like the idea that a Disco Ball or smile e face is put permanent on the software. . it rather be an addition to many, so we can keep changing. Because people will open their loud ass mouths & talk. . . saying we keep putting the same thing.

Next option is to save a lot of cash , buy a pro video mixer & a 2nd laptop for with 2 GB of the latest graphics & a core i7 to be safe for a long time.
