Cross DJ 2.6 Browser Effects Moving Waveform on playing trac

Postby VDj Sean T on 06 Dec 2013, 07:21

Hi guys,

Sorry to trouble u again . . . but last night at the club for the Audio / Video check, i found that when i scroll up/down on the browser track list . . . the existing playing tracks on A & B start freezing very badly & moving . This has been there for a long time . I pointed this out to my wife as well, as she is a Vj/DJ & sound engineer.

Kindly fix this issue pls asap . It scared the crap outta me. . . hoping that Cross won't crash on me.

If i stop browsing through the tracks up/down . . . it stops effecting or freezing the running tracks.

With Regards,

Hi man,

Thank you for all your feedbacks so far.

I can't see the issue when browsing the track list.
I know some waveform slowdowns may happen when:
- changing the selected node in the dock.
- browsing the Files pane tree.

Can you maybe precise what you were doing exactly?
Thanx.

PS: By the way, I already told you I guess, display slowdowns do not mean upcoming crash at all :)

Never said you don't have the issue, just trying to reproduce it!

Then, which node were you browsing?
How many tracks in your collection?
How many tracks in the node you browsed?
Were you browsing using keyboard? Mouse? MIDI?
Were playing videos at the same time?
etc.

Any additional info that could help us reproduce the issue is welcome ;)

But of course, a video of your actions would be even better!
