Support can always be improved. I like your first post because I understand you want to learn the "how to" and Mixvibes needs to give this generic info.
Many posts about MIDI are lost in many topics and are hard to find. I ask the all team (boss and moderators incuded) to find them and to extract what all users might want to know on the subject.
