Hey, just a thought, did you try to use the soundcard with another audio app (not necessary DJ)? Just to ensure the device is not faulty.

i tried with vdj also. While vdj starts, on loading screen it gives me an error: "Error in the sound driver (directx/WDM): Your soundcard is pobably not connected, or the settings are incorrect.

Now i changed the settings on vdj and dontget the error. But when i drag the song to the deck, i cant play it. the play button lights up and down.

Edit: i tried to choose asio sc again and get the same error.

Then your device, if correctly connected, might be faulty...

İ'll try on another computer. İf the same thing happens..
Bought it from dubai. But i live in Turkey. Cyprus also. Any support here?
