In the Config/Utility Settings of the mixer you must select USB MODE (page 16 of manual). Type A is for software upgrade etc (factory default). Type B is for Audio & MIDI (Select this one). Depending on the computer used, select the PC/MAC section settings under System Setting among the Utility settings. Then you must set the USB output settings (page 17). Select input channels 1-4 if using timecode / hybrid. Then select your USB Audio Input (page 17) 1) = CH INPUT (used for timecode & external mixer mode in MV). 2) = MASTER Mode (use for internal mixer mode of MV). On your mixer, set the matrix knobs according to your config settings (P1-P4 for timecode). In MV audio settings you must select the audio driver you are using (Asio4All or DenonAsio). Within the driver settings you MUST enable your devices. Go into the setting of the driver you are using & make sure your devices are enabled and adjust your latency (512 is a good start). If this is all done & you still have no sound, We will need screenshots of all your audio settings. BTW, did you try the Denondj Forum?

dont set at p1 AND p4....try L1 AND L4

the "p" is for phono and the " L" is for line.....as the denon 3700 is going into your mixer as a line input set to l

This is totally incorrect. On the mixer there are cd/phono buttons which you press to select line or phono. you don't have to move the matrix knob to select line or phono - you just press the button. The "P" is for usb mode.

If the CDJ 2000's Nexus are HID, (which I believe they) then Cross has native support for them.

All you need is Cross 2.3 and above and you should be able to control the software with them.

Current version is 2.4.
