Did you use the CDJ350 with its own soundcard or with the U-Mix44 ?

last sunday i tried HID mode with cdj350 & Cross 2.40
i never had that skips in 5hrs set. the only thing i've notice in HID mode is when the cdj350 pitch goes to 0 sometimes the pitch control will stuck to 0, you need to move the slider back to 0 to make it work.

i've also seen that pitch control stuck issue with american DJ vms2 but it's worst in vms2. can you please check that pitch control issue with vms2?
i tried to use the 2.6 firmware for vms2 but it has same problem with the pitch.

The pitch issue you're talking about is the MIDI takeover to avoid jump.

yes with Cross, but with traktor i never had skips.
only in HID mode Cross works fine for me.

last sunday is my 1st time to run Cross in HID mode, i never had that skip in 5hrs set. i will try & observe it again this coming friday then i will report back.

i want to use Cross in my gigs because i know Cross is better than traktor & serato but how can i show it if i have skips with u-mix44? :(

hope someone could help me fix that issue :)

thanks

i was expecting atleast 11.6ms (Buffer size :512 samples) works fine with tracktor.

i set mine @ 768 Buffer Size : (17.4ms) upto 960 (21.8ms) in Cross
44100hz

and my audio cache set to 50-60% of my 8gb ram

if you go lower?
maybe the CPU is clocking down because there's too little load on it...

256 / 192 / 128 are more standard values used with the U-Mix44 and with no issue at all.
I don't remember what drivers have been mentionned : Asio4all or MixVibes ?
