Vci-300 issues

I am using Cross with turntables and would like to use my vci-300 some times. One bug with the mapping is the monitor select knob don't work. I can't cue monitor the decks.

need some more info ,,,as to audio set up etc,, screen shots might help , and system spec ,,

Check your audio routing. When cueing you're sending audio to another output.
