crossfader problems URGENT

Hi please can someone help. Crossfader is not cutting out the left deck when i push it over to the right. MIDI signal is there, ive checked. It works fine on the other side. i have tried a difference U-Mix controller, same problem. i have reinstalled Cross DJ 2.3 and updated. I am using Cross DJ 2-3-1 u-mic control pro, macbook pro 2.4 gig quadcore i7 4 gig ram osx 10.7.5

Is the Routing Mode set to Dual Stereo?

sorted it now, it was the little switch on the screen to left and right of x fader, wasn't working even without mixer connected. Thx though
