I recently purchased a used Vfx Control with software on Ebay, The serial number that was included does not work and i'm in dire need of a solution in order to install the program. Since I purchased your product used there is no original sales date or receipt. I need help ASAP due to an event i'm supposed to VJ this saturday. HELP PLEASE!!!
