I can't see the button faders on software(U-Mix Control Pro)

Help me!! I can't see the button of the faders on screen therefore I can not control de voulme from U-Mix Control Pro. Nevertheless I can control pitch, Vfx, selection track. Help me!! I show the screen with highlight.

check in the preferences tab ,audio ,it should be in dual stero mode if you want gui control by the U-Mix ,, you probly have it in external control ,,ie routed a mixer and or time code control,,
