Cross Visual Customization

Hey guys,

would you please tell me if it is possible to customize the highlighted area in the attached picture.
So that i could add another line with e.g. the comment tag

the gui/skin ,is not changeable/ie adding a field with comments, this might be adressed as a suggestion on the Cross suggestion fourm,,
