Slow track loading from Playlists

sfronti has found that by not displaying the cover column things was improving a bit.
There have been some things done in this area for the 2.3. We'll see into beta/rc how it works for you guys.

Thanks for the update. I'll look at disabling the artwork column as well. Typically I'm loading tracks from a playlist 80+ tracks long.
