U-Mix Control Pro 2 incorrect firmware [Solved]

Hi, i have installed an incorrect firmware in my U-Mix Control Pro 2 "firmware 4.2" where it was installed by mistake. The device is flashing both Source A and B. Kindly advise if I can reset the device or install the correct firmware again.

not familiar with firmware issues with control pro 2 yet,, first off please regerster on the fourm your software licence key in user control panel/profile ,, that way you have access to all of the avaible fourm pages ,ie download section , if need be to get the right firmware for your controller again welcome to mixvibes

You are correct i flashed a UMCP2 with a U-Mix Control Pro firmware. after completing the installation of the UMCP2 software, it mentioned that i have to do an update. I didn't see the note posted "not for U-Mix Control Pro 2".

You were told to update the software, not the firmware of the controller... And in any case, for the next time, double check the name of the device for which the firmware is made!

Anyway, a solution will be found soon.
