Play/Pause and Jog Wheels not working for VCI 400

Hi all,

I have Cross 2.0.1. Updated the drivers for the VCI-400. I believe I have the soundcard set right at Dual Mode. I am using the default mapping as well.

The jog wheels and the pause/play buttons are not working.

Probably Cross is in Timecode-mode, and not in internal-mixxing mode.


you need to disable the tc-input.

Next to the artwork in the decks, there are 2 small buttons saying "1" and "2", that are the tc-inputs, simply click on them and you should be good to go again.

You'll aslo need to have the front switch (layers) set the left position.
