went to look at other postings of yours to see if there was any more info as to your set up , ie what sc are you using for master out and what is the sc you are using for cue/monitoring out ,,,,no info other than whats in this post,,,,,,
i think that Cross free version was not MIDI capable due to the fact it was set up as a demo and for use with the iOS app,,might be mistaken
if the usb sc you are refering to is the sound doggle that comes with home software then you should be using asio 4all (for PC) and there is a feature in Apple to aggreate(add together two )sc,,,,this is not a perfect solution as to differences in clocking rate of two different sc,,
