SysEx Initialization & Commands

I have an Allen & Heath Xone:DX controller. I would like to initialize this device with SysEx Commands. Could you tell me please how to do this and which command include in <device-event name="Startup">.

I'm sorry, but Cross doesn't use Sysex.
You could probably send a MIDI command for this but you should have the code for your device. Most of the devices have a MIDI command to reset everything to default state.
