U-Mix Control Pro INCOMPATIBILITY WITH PC?

Hello there and have a nice music year!!!i'v got my U-Mix control pro since september 2011 but still cant enjoy it.I HAD MAKE ALL THE UPDATES,FIREWIRES,I took my laptop to PC programmer also as a finnal solution cause i thought it maybe the p.c soundcard cause all the problems ...BUT that was the solution for few days only...!Then the console start crassing again...is something with the drivers of the console...?i dont have the money to buy a new laptop and i dont think i should cause i pay lots of money for a console that is not working with my laptop and that has nothing to do with me...i'v tryed anything posibble and im VERY UNHAPPY WITH MIXVIBES....so PLEASE FIND A SOLUTION FOR ME CAUSE IM READY TO THROUGHT THE CONSOLE FROM THE 3D FLOOR THAT I LIVE....thnks a lot an sorry, but i have reach my limits ... ....i can give u all the characteristics of my laptop.....

sorry for your delima we need some info about you computer and its spec,,we cant try to solve this with out any info,, if this issue was known and and we didnt know any thing about it to try to help you then we would share some of the fault,,,right now its yours sinces we havent had any oppunity to assist you,,,give alll the info you can and all of the remidies and efforts you have gone to to get it to work ,,, the best we can do if offer solutions as to our experiences ,,please let us try to help

hi an thnks for the reply...this are characteristics from the laptop:HP Compaq615 AMD Athlon(tm)x2 DualCore QL-66 2.20 GB 32-bit operating system IDT High Definition Audio CODEC WINDOWS 7 Ultimate...i have also try to play the console with traktor and virtual DJ just to see if anything change but no....the console respond normal crossfaders,sync ,play ,pause everything works ok,the sound from the spaeakers and from the headphones is likes Word censored (guess you find it I love walking on it)....so i still believe is the drivers of the sound card...maybe they are defective...and i have set a lots of console in the past so i dont think im doing somethink wrong...i try several laptos also but nothing...in some of them dosent raed the soundcard at all....i cant wait anymore im gonna give the console back to the provider cause i dont believe that u guys can help me at all...is just broken it happens sometimes...just hope to gert my money or an other console back cause if its not then we gonna have problems...300+ euro are lots of money to wasting
