My 'source' button is not working

Hello. So one of the big reasons I bought a mixer is because I can be able to listen to the music thats on the other side. I am listening to B, when I click source A. It used to work, I can listen the music of a while listening to B. Now I cant do that! I have to fade a little to A in order to listen to some music.. Do you understand the problem? Please help me guys

Put the cue mix fader to full cue (on the left).
