No MAC SW on iDJ3 CD

Hi,
I have purchased a Numark IDJ3 that came with the CD containing drivers and SW for the Mixvibes Cross DJ LE.

Problem is, though the CD has the drivers for MAC OS, the actual SW is missing from the CD.
I have registered to this forum and put in my Serial, yet I am not allowed to Download anything.
What else do I need to do to find and get the SW?

Is this the only option?
Numark´s support is lousy, they don't answer mails or calls.

Like I said I have the CD sleeve and serial, just need a download link for MAC. . Your site has a link to the Cross LE http://www.mixvibes.com/content/support ... nline-help

We don't have any Numark material.

For the drivers, you must ask 'em !

Moreover there' s no update for your Cross LE, this was a one-shot deal with Numark. Once more, contact them if you want to know more about this.
