problème d'update

Salut !
Quand je clique sur download center, puis sur update, je n'arrive pas à avoir les mises à jour.
Comment on fait pour les avoir ?

slt, il faut juste que tu entre ton numero de serie dans ton profil.

j'ai regardé dans mon profil et j'avais déjà rentré le n° de série, mais toujours pas de mises à jour ???

salut astico, si tu avais entree ton numero de serie correctement, le nom de ton produit apparaitrait a cote de ton avatar...
Verifie que tu l'ai bien mis dans ton profil... Si tu as un serial qui commence par G0, il s agit d'un ancien. envoi moi dans ce cas un PM avec le serial et je m occupe d activer ton access aux updates. cheers
