When I put it on full screen it does not go. I have tried countless times and done it manually and it does not work for me I'm running my program on a Windows 7 home premium. Please help and let me know if there is a way where I can go full screen with my Cross DJ 4 program Thank You!

From you're description it's not clear what you tried, so hope you did not yet try to dbl clk in the central video screen. This activates/deactivates the external monitor output.
You can also do this by setting a keyboard or MIDI command.(if you don't have a personalized map you first have to copy a default mapping ='x2' button
