First attempt with Cross. Techno / Tech House mix

Hi guys,
I've been playing around with Cross for a few weeks and I'm finally feeling comfortable enough to record something for others to hear. I did this with my Faderfox DJ3, which is a hysterically tiny controller that I mapped. Comments are welcome!

Hi, any chance you can post your mapping for your dj3? That would be very much appreciated. Had a quick listen to the mix as well, nice work!

Here is my mapping. It's complete for my purposes, but it could probably stand to be tweaked some more. Mixer, four deck control, two effect slots (all that Cross offers at the moment) and basic combo jog and needle search transport. I never use cue aside from when I'm using CDJs, so the four hot cue buttons ONLY do hot cues. Play lights are not mapped, since I can't make heads nor tails of Cross' MIDI output for lights. Maybe someone can do a better job. Editing functionality is limited to setting the downbeat but there are plenty of unmapped controls that could probably be repurposed for this. I haven't made a mapping cheat sheet, if there's enough interest I can but I think the controls are more-or-less self explanatory and follow the labels on the controller.

BTW, to make this work you have to enable

"separate CC commands for the EQ/filter pots on all decks A/B/C/D"

from the DJ3's system mode. See the "Tips" section of the manual.

Also note the settings for the endless encoders if you want to map more functions. For some reason Cross gets these wrong every single time and they have to be fixed for every event.
