Hi! I have a problem, i am new in this, I have a Firstmix Gemini but I dont have the CD of instalation/software, and I dont know how use it, please I need help.

well you have a Cross DJ le software badgwe and that allows you to acess the download section where you can install the latest version for your hardware/software bundel ,, any other ,,we will gladly assist you ,,and welcome to mixvibes fourm

Sorry but i dont understand very good, i dont know much english, can you answer in spanish?

I already have installed the CrossDJ but my firstmix doesnt turn on the lights, and i dont know what do, its like the PC doesnt recognize the firstmix... Please help

Try controller at other usb port.
Wait till windows is ready installing it.
Then start Cross..

No luck... try a reboot. Again wait till controller is activated by os first.
