Anyone try Cross with DMX software?

I know a few guys that run their favorite DJ software with their DMX software on the same laptop with great results...has anyone tried doing this with Cross? I was thinking of Freestyler...I'm not sure how much in resources Cross takes up but maybe it will work............

Should work no problem at all, i use a USB DMX Super Widget from Flying Pig Systems on the same laptop i use for Mixvibes Producer, and at the same time! the system resource requirements will depend on the DMX software you want to use and your scene and chase intencity. The club i work in has a Pulsar Masterpiece 216... i whip out its main out put line and plug into it and get all of its features plus more from my laptop, and to be honest i dont even notice.
