ENHANCEMENT: Now U-Mix Control Pro is compatible with an iPad via the Apple Camera Connection Kit.
This allowing to use a U-Mix Control Pro audio interface (with a power supply unit or a powered USB hub) with the CrossDJ for iPad app.


Image Instruction for upgrading the firmware

1 Make sure your controller is connected via USB to the computer.
2 Power the device OFF.
3 Press and hold the buttons SHIFT and BROWSE on the controller.
4 Switch the controller on while pressing the buttons SHIFT and BROWSE.
5 Release the buttons SHIFT and BROWSE. The buttons Source A and
Source B should light up now.
6 A new drive named "midiUpgDisk" should be found on your system.
7 Drag and drop the firmware file onto the "midiUpgDisk" drive. Make sure
that you use the correct firmware file for your controller.
The firmware files for U-Mix Control Pro use the following naming
pattern: U-MIX_PRO_*V*.bin
8 Once the firmware file is dropped the upgrade process begins. LEDs on
the controller inform you about the update progress:
• Update Data 30% = KILL BASS A/B are flashing
• Update Data 60% = KILL MID A/B are flashing
• Update Data 90% = KILL TREB A/B are flashing
• Update Success = LOAD A/B are flashing
• Update Error = LOAD A/B are off
9 After the firmware is updated, the LEDs will turn off.


Important note
There are also a failure message on Mac operating system because the drive created by the U-Mix Control Pro, will automatically removed after the update. Simply, ignore this message and press OK. The firmware was already updated.

Image Instruction pour mettre à niveau le firmware

1 Assurez-vous que votre contrôleur est connecté via USB à l’ordinateur.
2 Éteignez le contrôleur.
3 Maintenez les touches SHIFT et BROWSE de l’U-Mix Control Pro.
4 Allumez le contrôleur tout en maintenant les touches SHIFT et BROWSE de l’U-Mix Control Pro.
5 Les deux boutons "SOURCE (AB)" doivent s’allumer (vous pouvez relâchez les boutons SHIFT et BROWSE).
6 Un nouveau disque nommé "midiUpgDisk" devrait s’ouvrir dans votre système.
7 Glissez-déposez le fichier du firmware (U-MIX_PRO_ * V *. bin) dans le disque "midiUpgDisk".
8 Les LED de Kill commencent à clignoter lors de la mise à jour : BASS (AB) : mise à jour de données (30%),
MID (AB) : mise à jour de données (60%), TREB (AB) : mise à jour de données (90%), LOAD (AB ) : Mise à
jour réussie avec succès. Si LOAD (AB) sont éteints cela signifie que la mise à jour a échouée.
9 Après la mis à jour du firmware, les LED s’éteignent.


Note importante
Il y a un message d'échec sur le système d'exploitation Mac parce que le disque créé par l'U-Mix Control Pro est automatiquement supprimé après la mise à niveau. Veuillez ignorer ce message et appuyez sur OK. Le firmware a déjà été mis à jour.
