Hi everyone,
I bought an ION Discovery DJ set and first the controller did not work on my computer, while it worked perfect on other computers. After contacting the ION helpdesk they helped me by sending a file that made the controller work.
Unfortunately, now the software makes my computer crash, so I can still not use the set.
Can someone help me fix this, if I need to send some additional information, just ask!
Processor: CPU Type Intel Celeron D 345, 3081 MHz (23 x 134) RAM: 1250 MB Operating System: Windows XP Service Pack 2 Sound Card: Sound Blaster Audigy Video Card: RADEON 9250 (128 MB) CD version 1.0

What file was this ? Could you send it to me please ? ( support@mixvibes.com) And update your Cross version...

Sorry, but I don't understand which file I should get from the download centre to update. Is it in the folder "Cross DISCOVER DJ"?

I got it, tnx, I forgot to put in the serial nr. I bought the set as a present for someone, so I'll send him the update and wait till he installed it.

I tried the "fix" by Ion and here is what I ended with... logitech_numark.jpg Everything that relate to audio is just broken !!!

After the software update, the status of the problem was back at its origin. The set did not respond anymore. After repeating the fix of ion after this new update, the machine responds as it should, but again the software crashes. I got a jpg of the printscreen but do not know how to add this picture here. But this gives no errors at all and all systems work good.

At the bottom of 'post a reply' screen, there are 2 tabs. One is 'Options', and next to that, 'Upload attachment' tab. Select 'Upload attachment', 'choose file', then that will upload your .jpg file. Cheers

I see cd version 1.0, did you try 1.3.2 ?
