What is not working ? the calibration ?

If you don't provide more details I can't help you.

What I noticed is that after the successful calibration of the turntable in the install wizard there is no confirmation for the cd but it heads directly to the last page.

I also noticed that the quality in the calibration for the cd is zero and sine wave is not like the vinyl’s.

Should I send you the .txt of the set up?

Yes a config report maybe useful.
Calibration of a CD is between -2db to +4db

rgegeo, can you show me a screenshot of your audio settings in DVS 7? Please, the screen which shows the timecode quality as 0%. I believe you have the input volume too high (on the sound card itself, not mixvibes), and due to the high output of the CDJ800 the timecode is being clipped. This is why playing a song may sound correct, but cue functions, loops, etc. will not function. I had this problem with a CDJ-800 myself.

IF you are using a turntable, and a CDJ, you must understand that the turntable outputs a very low voltage, in comparison to the CDJ. Considering you are using the U-Mix, reduce the input volume in ASIO4ALL (NOT Mixvibes!), until the CDJs input comes in at a smooth, unclipped level. You will need to recalibrate both the turntable and CDJ after this is done.

Hi!

Other suggestion:
Do the CDJ 800 have a "Mastertempo" feature?
If yes and activated MV is not able to recognize the Timecode correctly.

I am not 100% sure about setting up the U-Mix 44 under windows, as I use a Mac. I shall install windows now however, and see which is the best way to do this. Generally, ASIO4ALL is the most stable ASIO driver to use. I'll check it out, watch this space!
