is DVS officially discontinued?

Postby John Wo_O on 09 Oct 2009, 16:50

title says it all.

I was browsing the webshop and saw that it's anticipating the release of the Discover DJ upgrade but I also couldn't find DVS in the list.

DVS is still around, it actually just got a facelift with the new U-Mix 44 soundcard. I just checked the online shop, and I couldn't find just the software by itself. Maybe they're in the process of putting it up?

Its definitely not discontinued, they just work on Cross more, which is good, coz it has a great potential so they must work on it more to make it the best, eventhough if you ask me DVS is the real thing!!!

stopping distribution does not mean stopping the work on a programme. Of course DVS will be discontinued some day but if you have a look at a huge company like microsoft no one there is angry if they discontinue older versions. There is no one using 3.11 or 3.1 ;) So there will of course be the day DVS is not discontinued but when...who knows?!
Viele Grüße,
Cheers,
A plus,
Steve

Do you mean buy the DVS software alone and receive it through email?

As you know DVS includes the following:

Control vinyl records and CDs, set of cables, DVS software and stickers. That's why we're not offering online delivery.
