Vinyl Revolution Pack 20 Mixer Problem

Hello community!

As the title says, I have a problme with my mixer.

It's the DJ-Tech MX 2 Channel Mixer.
Everything works fine but the crossfader and the volumefader for channel 1 and 2 + the master gain knob doesn't work.

Is this a configuration problem or a hardware problem ?

Please help me! Otherwise I'll send this pack back !

Did you set the left channel to the output #1 and the right channel to the output #2?

Yes, it works now!

But my main problem is the mixer.

The crossfader + both volumefader + master knob don't work.

Is the mixer out of order or a configuration mistake ?

What MIDI preset file did you choose? When you move the crossfader or gain button is there any movement on the screen?

You're right sorry about the MIDI confusion.

How did you connect the mixer to the computer? Are you using an external soundcard?

I use a small external usb card and my internal soundacrd.
The turntables are connected with usb.
