Playing the same beat on both players

Postby Zatoichi on 23 Mar 2009, 02:30

Hi, I have seen the post about this subject, but the option that says hold ctrl and drag drop the beat in player 2 doesnt work, I am wondering why..

That method seemed like a great way to fonction, I would like to be able to use it.... thx

Swapping and cloning the tracks is simple, by dragging the track name from one player to the other will move the track and all its settings. Holding the Ctrl key while you drag the track name will clone the track as well as copying all its settings.

Note: With vinyl/cd control, using Absolute mode will over ride the position of the track and it will play according to the position of the timecode.

This absolutely rocks.

We need a key shortcut/MIDI command for this. I don't want to have to start writing AutoHotKey Scripts for Mixvibes...

Not sure "CLONE" is a supported feature as yet, i have been messing about with it and cant seem to get it working, nor can i find any other mapped files with the code in it.

Bryan
