I'm not sure to understand what the problem is. DVS and Cross are different software. You can't get Cross for free if you bought DVS. This rule is available for everyone here.

I am the General Sales Manager. We had an issue with the Turkish distributor as he told his customer that Cross would be for free for all DVS PACK MK2 user without our permission.
Anyway, I am sorry about this and I will try to recover the situation as soon as possible.
