"File Not Found" Window stay in foreground

Hmm.

Sorry, but I found a other bug in Cross. lol

If I play a track in Cross collection window and this track is not at his place, a new window appear, "File not found" with 4 options. If I choice the option "other location (?)" the MAC-Finder appear, but the "File not found"-window stay in foreground and with a small screen resolution is not easy to choice a other location. see the screenshot I make:

Seems to be a Leopard-only this one... odd !
