3DEX FX Problems since updating to 6.411

Since updating my 3DEX to 6.411 the #2 FX button now makes the tune sound awful where before it worked fine.

i have uninstalled my 3DEX software and reinstalled it with the disk that came with my VCI-100 3DEX but did not install the update. The FX works fine again so I'm guessing the update caused the problem.

Also should the twister knob work on the Vestax VCI-100 MIDI controller with the PAD 1,2, and 4 buttons under them as mine do not seem to?

That's great, i hope we can get this solved quickly as iv had the VCI-100 for over a week and and still haven't got it working correctly.

Can i suggest that you set up a 0845 technical support number? that would be much quicker and i certainly would feel happier.
