PFL with internal soundcard in version Pro 7.1

Hi, I'm testing the Pro 7.1 for mixing videos using Vestax VCI-100 rev.1 and as soundcard M-Audio Fast Track Pro or Vestax VAI-40, but I have the same problem. I can't use one channel of the sound card exclusively as PFL like in others mixing softwares.
I set one channel as monitor but it does'nt work.
I do something wrong?
It seems that all works correctly only using an external mixer.
Somebody can help me with the right setiings?

Can you please post your config report? Did you select the monitor output in the options/sound/setup menu?

as n-deep said go options /sound card page (if your using the M-Audio fast track pro or the VAI-40 sound card , click on the ASIO box....now under the ASIO box is a little box with output number
you should have it set at 2 ....one output for the master that go's to your amp and the other output is for your headphonos)

now click the setup menu box to set which output you would like to set the headphono (monitor ) to....if you have the master output on output 1 (1 + 2) you should have the monitor on output 2 ( 3 + 4 )

OK...now onto the Vestax VCI-100

up on the top right hand corner off the vci is 3 little black knobs
the frist knob is the master level....the second knob is the headphono level....and the last knob is the monitor select ( PFL )
you also have two headphono select buttons...one for each deck
the headphono select buttons are at the top off the line faders between the low (bass) knob...

now how thay work so you get PFL in your headphono is ...
you push the two headphono select buttons and use the monitor select knob together with the crossfader

Sorry but it does'nt work, if I set the soundcard so I have a different result.



The first channel play only the left deck and on the second channel play only the right deck with in addiction the pfl sound when I push the cue button on the controller.
For now I choosed to use the multiaudio option and an analog mixer for sound.

Set the output number to 3 in order to make the third output become available

agian ..as N-DEEP said set the number of out-puts box to 3 to get a third out-put

you also have to set the out-puts on the mixvibes skin
deck A out 1 and deck B is out-put 1 as well....like this
