Unfortunatly MixVibes does not have any knowledge about the S/N combination with the license as the software was bundled by the manufacturer with the controller.
Only if you registered your licensekey in the forum there might a chance it can be recovered (e.g. if you used a different email in the past).
In the webshop you could purchase the Cross DJ license which has all functions from the LE version. One advantage is that you can use Cross DJ without having the controller connected.

Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).

I don't understand why MixVibes doesn't could organize it...

You have a software who verify the number (or not), but MV have to give us a generic serial number whose works with the software LE.

It is not difficult to be put in place.

So where could i find the software and a generic licence number ?

Or a one fore the Cross DJ Free 3.4.0.

MixVibes provides for all users the abilty to save the licensekey in the user profile.
This is refered to in several places while getting the initial software installed.

An open license key would not make any sense as this would mean the manufacturer can bundle the software to unlimited number of controllers.
Also other features may depend on license key, like upgrade discounts used to. And if the controller is resold the license key of the LE is no longer valid as it has become a Cross or Cross Pro partial payment.

The Free version has no license. However does not support MIDI.

You could try sending an email to support@mixvibes.com with your info and the proof of purchase. Though this is rarely approved.
