record mix making speakers pop and crackle

Hi can somebody please help ?
When listening to mix's back the sound quality is making speaker's pop on the beat
on all devices & headphones

Before changing buffer you first should use an ASIO driver for your soundcard.

Please register your licence key in your user profile if you haven't done this yet. Also provide some info on your product and setup.
