Gemini First Mix IO

Hi,

I have a Gemini First Mix IO (USB Controller) which was purchased years ago. I've only opened it now and tried to run with Cross DJ but cant get the MIDI device connected. I can pass audio but no buttons work.

To me it seems like its too old for that software nad have been trying to find an old version such as 2.02 to see if it works. Had no luck.

I have Activation Code which hasnt been used as far as im aware.

Can anyone help me out?

Follow the instructions as in the grey header on top to get the latest version you're entitled to.

If MIDI doesn't work first thing to do would be to connect to a different USB port.
Wait a little while to make sure the device is installed by the OS. Only after this start Cross DJ (LE?).

Please provide some more info on your version and OS if it still doesn't work.
