Cross DJ Pro crashes when opening Video Preferences

Hi, I'm opening Cross DJ Pro (4.1.2) for the first time.
If I click on the "Video" Preferences the application crashes. No other choice than forcing to quit. help, please.

Salut, j'ouvre Cross DJ Pro (4.1.2) pour la première fois.
Si je clique sur les Preferences "Video" l'application se bloque. Obligé de forcer à quitter. à l'aide SVP.

I started again from zero (preferences, group container and Mixvibes folder deleted). At the opening, CrossDJPro asks me for my license key.
Cross opened, I can access the video preferences,

But once VIDEO ACTIVATED, Cross crashes when I click the "preferences" cogwheel .

However I've no any problem with Cross DJ 3.4.3 on that MacBook.

I've to prepare a set, it becomes urgent, I really need help right now .. please !!!

Une fois ouvert, je peux accéder aux préferences video,

I wonder if the problem wouldn't come from my graphics card, would you know how to test it?

I have no problem with Cross 3.4.3.
Does Cross DJ Pro 4 request other graphic modules (or video extensions) than version 3?

I would suspect this to be related to the GUI as this has been redesigned using new software.

You best send your crash files to support@mixvibes.com.

Even if it is somehow an issue with your card it would have to be addressed as your card is a common brand. Though researching it may be harder.

Does Cross use two graphics cards, or just one?

I'm not sure about current situation. But what I recall from over time is that at a certain moment the vid could use the GPU. As there are so many types this caused to many issues. So they reversed to using CPU.

A far as I understand this it means that it now lets the PC/Mac handle the rendering (CPU or GPU).

Especially since your 3.4.3 works to me it seems most likely there is an issue with 4.x here. Meanwhile as MV likely is closed for Holidays (and strikes) the only answers you can get are the ones you test yourself...
