Cross and Cross Pro4 Start Menu Folder Not shown

From a regular user login, I can install the Cross and CrossPro 4, Windows 10, permission as Administrator account. I previously installedd Cross Free on this same laptop. Well now no matter what the user account is block in the Start Programs menu from running Cross3.3 and Cross 4 Pro....

Something is wrong with the rights... I made the user account and Administrator... is still missing from Start menu.

After making the old user account an Administrator, rebooting, then reinstalling Cross3, the Start Menu, MixVibes folder appears in the menu.

So a kind of glitch here where if your installing for Administrator only or all user or just 1 user...

Cross3 and Cross4 only install to Administrator accounts? User account don't shown Start Menu executable to run the Cross3.3 or CrossPro4 application...
